Do you have the sleep disorder of waking up early at 5:30am every day? This is one of the worst sleep disorders, apart from insomnia and can keep you from enjoying a luxurious night of sleep.
This article is for those who have the sleep disorder of waking up early, for the early risers, who are cursed with waking up at 5:30am everyday.
The inability to sleep in stems from the fact that many personally developed people have TRAINED themselves to jump out of bed the instance the alarm clock sounds.
Indeed, it has been suggested that people train themselves during the DAY. They might set the alarm clock to go off in 10 minutes, and then lie down. After it goes off, they jump out of bed to form a strong connection between the alarm clock going off and the jumping out of bed. Sadly, some have trained themselves too well and formed a sleep disorder…
Now whenever the alarm clock goes off, even if the person desires to sleep in, he will jump out of bed out of pure habit. Even the strong willed and strong minded cannot resist the power of good habits. In order to sleep in, this sleep disorder habit needs to be broken.
There are also other reasons you might not be able to sleep in.
Perhaps the SUN shines brightly into your room or the ROOSTER crows and wakes you up. These problems are easily remedied; kill the roosters and get dark shades.
The main and hardest problem is the first one mentioned, where a person intent on personal development has taken it too far, and now is unable to resists its power.
The Solution
Okay, so first you need to get an elephant and ... ( just kidding)
A simple way to ensure you don’t jump out of bed at the sound of the alarm clock is to TIE your LEGS to the bed. If you are NOT an overly personally developed person, this will seem silly, but for those of you who have hardwired the jumping out of bed part, you will understand this.
Tying your legs to the bed sadly won’t ensure that you can fall back asleep after you shut off the alarm, but it does ensure that you won’t jump out of bed, and that is an important first step to breaking the habit.
The second step is to take sleeping PILLS at 5:30am. This will allow you to fall back asleep and effectively thwart the powers of the good habit.
Jumping out of bed after years of training at the sound of the alarm is a detriment that CAN be overcome with the power of medication and ropes. The sleep disorder CAN be conquered!
You might be thinking that you could simply not set the alarm clock, which would prevent you from jumping out of bed. Sadly, this doesn’t work for the personally developed person due to an internal clock that automatically goes off at the prescribed time.
Those poor people…with the sleep disorder of waking up early.
Good luck in your endeavor to break that nasty good habit.
